Savage 99 style Standard Peep Tang sight may require a slight bending of the base during installation. This is due because all Savage 99 Peep Tangs were hand polished. |

| What screws are required to mount a Standard Peep tang sight on the Taurus C45? |
| The Standard Peep Tang sight for the Taurus C45 has 2 short screws because it is designed to mount ahead of the existing Peep Tang screw hole. If wanting to use the existing Tang screw hole the Tang rear screw needed is 009791 (10-32x2.006”). It may shoot low if existing tang screw hole is used. |

| What does the Number on the bottom of the sight mean? |
| It is the base number. We use one base for many guns in combination with different uprights. |

| Do I have to remove the rear sight with a peep sight? |
| If you have a folding sight, you just fold it down. Many people use the rear sight for short range shooting and the peep for long range shooting. If this is the case your peep sight, sighting plane will be above the rear sight so it can be left on the gun. If you are using the peep sight for short range shooting the rear sight should be removed. A slot blank should be installed in the empty dovetail slot to protect it. |

| What should I do to avoid drilling through my gun’s serial number? |
| It is illegal to drill through a gun’s serial number when installing a peep sight. All Marble Arms peep tang sights are design to avoid drilling through the gun’s serial number |

| No. Marble Arms cannot change Windage knob to left side. |

| Is it possible to convert a Standard Peep Tang to an Improved Peep Tang? |
| Standard Peep Tang sights cannot be converted to an Improved Peep Tang sight and will not take Improved uprights. |
